Today we’ll cook Roasted Broccoli Cheese Soup

We will need the following ingredients
- 2 large fresh broccoli
- 113g butter
- 1 large onion
- 56 ounces chicken broth
- 1/2 lb cheese shredded
- 150g cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 tsp. garlic shredded
- 1L water
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
We will need the brocoli, which we grind and pour with olive oil and pepper. Take the skillet and add the butter that needs to be melted, add the onion and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the sauce for the soup, add the cheese cheddar, add garlic, cook it all over low heat, and at the very end add broccoli, cook for about 15 minutes and all the soup is ready.
