Schnitzels are very good from pork loin. The main thing is to beat off the meat well, so that its area will increase at least twice. Then it will be very soft and tasty, and breading will keep inside all the juices.
You will need
|Pork loin 600 g||Wheat Flour 100 g||Salt ½ tsp.|
|Limes 1 pc.||Pepper black ground ½ tsp.|
|Egg of chicken 1 pc.||Vegetable oil 60 ml|
- Pork loin 600 g
Cut the meat across the fibers into pieces with a thickness of 1.5-2 cm.
Each piece is covered with food film and beat off from both sides.
Meat should be no more than half a centimeter thick. Careful, beat evenly, so as not to break through the piece
We will use now
|Wheat Flour 100 g||Egg of chicken 1 pc.|
|Salt ½ tsp.||epper black ground ½ tsp.|
Dip the meat in a flour mixed with salt and pepper, then into a lightly beaten egg.
Then roll the meat in flour.
- Vegetable oil 60 ml
Fry on a very well heated frying pan with vegetable oil, on medium-high fire for about 1 minute on each side.
- Limes 1 pc.
Serve with a slice of lemon or lime, vegetables and favorite sauce.
