Orange muffins

Orange juice in these muffins will add make the muffins more tender, and the fragrance will be very light.

You will need

Oranges 2 pcs. Cinnamon powder 1 tsp. Food soda 1 g
Egg of chicken 2 pcs. Baking Powder 5g Orange peel 2 tsp.
Orange juice 200 ml Brown sugar 100 g
Flour, wheat 250 g Butter 115 g


Orange muffins (stage 1)

  • Oranges 2 pcs.

Oven to warm up to 180C. With orange, peel so much to make a tablespoon. And from the same oranges I made juice for muffins. I think that the usual juice from the package can be replaced, but it will not be the same.

Orange muffins (stage 2)

Flour, wheat 250 g Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
Brown sugar 100 g Baking Powder 5g
Orange peel 2 tsp. Food soda 1 g


Standard for cooking muffins – in a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour. sugar, spices and orange peel. Thoroughly mix.

Orange muffins (stage 3)

Butter 115 g Orange juice 200 ml
Egg of chicken 2 pcs.


In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients: beat the melted butter with two eggs, then add orange juice.

Orange muffins (stage 4)

Further liquid ingredients are poured into a bowl to dry and quick and not very long stir. Molds are lubricated with oil, or we put paper forms in it, like mine. Dough put on 2/3 and put in a preheated to 180C oven for 20-25 minutes.
