Coffee glasse (from french glacé – ice) is an ideal summer variant of combining a drink and dessert. He simultaneously invigorates, refreshes, quenches thirst and gives pleasure. There are different ways of making coffee glasse, but the distinctive features are the same: a cold drink based on strong coffee and ice cream. If you use ice, as in this recipe, then you can make coffee very quickly, without waiting for the cooling of the freshly brewed drink.

Coffee glasse (stage 1)
- Espresso coffee 120 ml

The first thing to do is to prepare the base of the drink – strong coffee. It is best to take an espresso or ristretto, but you can cook and just strong coffee in a Turk. Coffee should be strong, because in the future it will be sufficiently diluted. In freshly brewed coffee, you can add sugar, it’s a matter of taste, the exact amount depends on the desired result. It should be taken into account that the ice cream will give some sweetness, but in the cold form it will not be felt very much.
Coffee glasse (stage 2)

To make the quickly cook, ice is used. This helps to quickly reduce the temperature of coffee and prevent the ice cream from instantly melting.
Coffee glasse (stage 3)
- Milk 200 ml
In a blender with ice, add cold milk (the colder, the better) and lightly beat to crush the ice. In some blenders there are special nozzles and tabs for grinding ice, note that it is written in the instructions on this device.
Coffee glasse (stage 4)
- Ice cream 100 g
Add coffee and ice cream.
Coffee glasse (stage 5)
Whisk all together until uniform. Try, if the sweets are not enough, you can add sugar syrup (pure or flavored, for example, vanilla or chocolate) or powdered sugar. Pay attention, that in powdered sugar there was no starch, or make it yourself, grinding the sugar in a coffee grinder.

Add each serving of ice cream, do not forget the cocktail rolls. You can also cover the coffee glasse with whipped cream, pour on syrups, sprinkle with chocolate chips. or decorate with a cocktail cherry.
