Fried salmon with young potatoes

  • We take the salmon fillet, watered it with lemon juice, salt and fry in a pan in olive oil.
  • We take a young kortofel, and cook for about 20 minutes straight in the peel, after a hot clean (take care of your fingers). We are allowed to divide into two parts, spread on a plate of fried salmon, add vegetables, lemon. Can be served to the table
