You will need

Cream 20-22% 100 ml Almonds 80 g Chocolate bitter 70-80% cocoa 200 g
Egg white 6 pcs. Sugar (sand) 210 g Chocolate dark 50-60% cocoa 100 g
Egg yolk 6 pcs. Sugar powder 50 g
Wheat Flour 100 g Butter 150 g

Chocolate cake (stage 1)

Chocolate melt with butter on a water bath.

  • Egg yolk 6 pcs.
