BROWNED BUTTER PORK CHOPS WITH MUSHROOMS

Today we’ll cook BROWNED BUTTER PORK CHOPS WITH MUSHROOMS

We will need the following ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 thick-cut, boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

We put the frying pan on the stove and lay the butter, add a portion of garlic and mix it and add slices of chopped pork, when pork is roasted turn over every 1.5 minutes, fry until golden brown before cooking. Remove from the frying pan.

Now we need to fry the champignons, add dried oregano, dried thyme from above, mix it all and fry the mushrooms until golden, add flour on top, mix again and add milk, bring it to a homogeneous mass, salt and pepper to taste, that’s ready our sauce for our pork

Now take our pork and a put in a sauce in a frying pan, pour it over and our meat the gravy and boil it for another 5 minutes in a sauce in a frying pan. All meat is ready, you can serve to the table. Bon Appetit
