Fried bacon with vegetables

  • In order to prepare the beef, we need 450 grams of meat, cut into slices 3-4 cm, and cook for about 30-40 minutes, this will give the meat softness;
  • Take the vegetables and fry in a pan on low heat for 10-15 minutes;
  • Have to take our beef, cut it into slices as described above, and fry on the olive mast for about 15 minutes turning every minute until the meat turns into a golden crust.
