Today we’ll cook BAKED BROWN BUTTER HONEY GLAZED SALMON
We will need the following ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- Lemon wedges to garnish
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
In an oven-proof skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter foams, swirl until the foam dissipates. Continue swirling until golden-brown bits form at the bottom.
Lower the heat to medium-low and stir in the honey, lemon juice, and garlic. Pour half of the sauce into a small bowl and set aside.
Add the salmon fillets to the pan and bake for 6 minutes
Serve the salmon warm with the reserved sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
